This is a spare bedroom in Kyle's home. After his parent decided to keep hime homeschooled, they turned this room into Kyle's very own classroom.
The picture to the left is of Kyle working on some school work in his own living room. As you can see he is very relaxed with jogging pants and no socks on. This is what Kyle got to do on a daily basis because he was homeschooled.
After seeing the pictures of Kyle's room make me think that homeschool is not that much different from public school. His parents successfully make that one room into a very nice classroom. And you can tell that Kyle is a hard working student from all the papers he has siting around the desk and all the books he reads that are on the book shelf. Nothing beats studying on a daily basic in your own house and relaxing in your jogging pants.
ReplyDeleteHi Alexis. The photos really added to the profile. I think you will be able to use Kyle's story as an example in your final paper. Nice job comparing and contrasting the advantages and disadvantages of home vs. traditional education. And the formatting looks good!
